Amanda’s Yin/Yang & restorative classes were absolute zen experiences. Jack’s flow left me so energized for the day and introduced me to new poses. Sara’s outdoor Sunday garden yoga class, where music is replaced with the sounds of nature and occasional church bells, took tranquility to a whole new level. This studio, hands down, inspired me to pursue my 200 YTT hours which I am halfway through. I can’t wait to visit again and potentially catch a sound therapy session!!!
